The Catawba College chapter of Phi Epsilon inducted its new members in a ceremony held on April 21.  Current members, as well as friends, families, and faculty/staff sponsors of new members enjoyed a ribbon-pinning ceremony followed by a reception in the atrium of Ketner Hall on campus.

Current officers Collin Denton of Linwood, Declan Stimson of Gawler, Australia, and Brad Smethurst of Oakville, Ontario, along with faculty sponsors Drs. Eric Hake and Sheila Brownlow, oversaw the induction of 35 new Phi Epsilon members. 

Phi Epsilon is an honor society that seeks to stimulate scholarship, develop character, encourage leadership, and create good fellowship.  Only those rising seniors who have established high scholastic standing and who possess other desirable characteristics are eligible for membership.
