Catawba College alumnus Kevin Leonard, lobbyist for the N.C. Association of County Commissioners, was promoted to deputy director. Leonard will share the deputy director title with Patrice Roesler.
Leonard has been with the association since 2009 and has worked for Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice and for the state Department of Labor as a lobbyist. Leonard graduated from Catawba in 1995 with a degree in Political Science.
