The 2023 winter holiday schedule and hours can be found below. Please note that some offices have limited hours or are closed for holidays during the winter holidays.

Winter Holiday Hours

Catawba College will be closed for the Winter Holiday beginning at noon on Friday, December 15, 2023 and will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

Please note that the following offices MAY BE CLOSED OR HAVE LIMITED HOURS during the Holiday Break. Limited office hours will be posted here when available.

  • December 16-January 1: CLOSED, with the following exception:
    • Athletics staff will be on campus on Dec. 16 and 19.

Information Technology (IT)
The IT Help Desk will be closed during Winter Break. If there is a service interruption to a mission-critical technology resource, call the help desk at 704.637.4666 and choose option 6 to page on-call IT personnel. All other issues should be submitted to the IT service request system (Footprints) by e-mailing/texting ithelp@catawba.edu or submitting a ticket at it.catawba.edu. These service requests will be handled when the College reopens on January 3.
