Catawba GO

For faculty and staff, it is possible to schedule a van for events (Homecoming, Kannapolis Cannonballers games, airport drop off, etc.) but two weeks notice is required to Noah Upchurch. 

Fixed Route to Hood and back in early shift — adds grocery stop at lunch and afternoon:

The three vans serve slightly different functions:

• One ADA-accessible van will run a fixed route between Catawba College (Hedrick Building) to Hood Theological Seminary and back. At lunch time and in the evenings, this van will have a halfway stop at the Harris Teeter/Jersey Mike's/YMCA parking lot on Jake Alexander Boulevard. 
  
  
• The other two vans will be on-demand service, meaning that they will pick up or drop off anywhere (with a few restrictions) within the service area. Hours and service area locations may be adjusted slightly before program launch. 

Riders will be able to use the CatawbaGO app (currently in final stages of development) to see where vehicles are in real time, hail rides, schedule rides, and see vehicle hours.
