Apply for a Communities of Practice (COP) Grant

COP Grants are for Clergy who have successfully completed their COP Program year. COP Grants are $500 for individuals and up to $500 per person for groups. Please provide complete and accurate information below, with as much detail as possible.

Before you begin, download and complete the W9 Form - you will need to upload it below. Please be sure the W9 you upload is for the person/organization to which you’d like the grant check sent - COP Grants are typically issued to the Congregation. A copy of the COP Grant agreement is available to download for your records.
