Josh earned his BA in Communication from Coastal Carolina University in 2021 and completed his MBA at Anderson University in December 2023. With a deep passion for higher education and student success, he is committed to positively shaping the next generation. In his free time, he plays golf, lacrosse, and video games. 

As the Assistant Director of Retention, Persistence, and Student Success, Josh provides dedicated support to transfer students and student-athletes, helping them:
