Josh is a 2021 Coastal Carolina University graduate where he earned his bachelor's degree in communication. Josh is currently working on his Master of Business Administration from Anderson University and will be finished in December of 2023. Prior to coming to Catawba College, Josh worked in enrollment management. Josh enjoys working in higher education and student success because it allows him to have a positive impact on the upcoming generations.

As a Student Success Coach, he assists students with the following:

  • The transition from high school to college with a focus on academic success
  • One-on-one support of academic and life skills such as task management, study strategies, habit formation, and GRIT
