"Our visit to Catawba in February, 2004 was unforgettable. We were overwhelmed by the sincere interest that everyone took in our daughter, Meagan, and by the passion that everyone we met — admissions staff, professors, administrators, and students, exhibited toward Catawba. Meagan knew before our weekend visit concluded that she wanted to be a part of the "Catawba family."  Read more...

"Catawba was a good fit from the beginning for Danielle. After her overnight stay (November 2004), I knew she liked the school and was serious about going there. It just felt right. My husband and I also had a good feeling about Catawba.

I encouraged Danielle to go away to college because I feel the world is a big place and I wanted her to experience it. I feel comfortable with her being so far away because I know she likes being there, so I do not worry. Although she originally did not want a small school, she now feels like part of the Catawba family."

"I'm very passionate about Catawba as an alumnus, and I'm equally excited about the experiences my daughter is having. I can already see the similarities between her Catawba experience and mine, just years apart!"

"I know that I am very fortunate to have Elisa and Nick in a great college setting just across town. I LOVE Catawba. When Elisa decided to go to Catawba, it was so exciting for me. Being a non-traditional student at Catawba was a great experience for me. The Teacher Education Program was wonderful and I learned so much there. I left Catawba with a very strong base on which to build, and I’m still building!"  Read more...
