In an effort to "Go Green," the theatre department has converted to online ticket sales for individual tickets, which will make the process more streamlined and efficient.

The initiative will also double as a learning tool for students, who will not only learn about the process, but will take an active part in managing, selling, and processing tickets for theatre productions using an online system.

In addition to greatly reducing the amount of paper, time and resources involved in ticket distribution, the goal of the new process is to save theatre patrons from longer waits in line due to the efficiency and speed at which tickets can be purchased and/or processed the night of an event. As with any new system implementation, there may be initial issues that will need to be resolved before the process runs as smoothly as intended. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this time while Catawba Theatre embarks on this new chapter of event ticket sales.
