Bill Clinton visited Salisbury campaigning for his wife, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton. Clinton's stop in Salisbury was part of a multi-city swing through North Carolina as part of a "Solutions for America" tour that included campaign events in Greensboro, High Point, Gastonia, Kannapolis, Hickory and Asheville.
