It is good to be back at Catawba! I first visited campus over 20 years ago on a beautiful spring day with a campus festival going on, students competing in a beach volleyball tournament and a band playing in the courtyard. It was still snowing in my hometown: Pittsburgh! I had come down from Northwestern Ohio as a young college graduate ready to start my first "real" job. Several internships during my college experience led me to this place; a place I now call home. For the past few years, I have been raising my family, with my husband, and working in the Rowan-Salisbury public school system. The opportunity to come back to my Admissions' roots was like putting on a comfortable pair of jeans ... a perfect fit!

I have had the privilege to travel most of the East Coast for the Admissions Office, but am now excited to be spending time with students, parents and guidance counselors in Rowan County. I am also the Home Educated Student Coordinator.

I am delighted to be working with you and other students through the application process, encouraging you to visit as many campuses as you can and to ask lots of questions along the way. It is my hope that YOU find that perfect fit, so that you not only have the best college experience, but that it exceeds all of your expectations!
