Requesting a Tutor
Students who would like to receive the assistance of a tutor may apply through the CASC by filling out the Tutor Request Form and Tutoring Contract. All tutoring assignments are made by Tutoring Services from tutoring request forms that have been properly signed and submitted. In order to receive a tutor, students will need to notify the professor of the course in question that they are seeking a tutor. The professor will make suggestions of possible tutors.
Written notification of a tutoring assignment is sent to both the tutor and the tutee. The tutee recieves a copy of the contract that s/he signed when requesting a tutor along with the contact information. Students receive this service free of charge.
