College is a time of exciting new opportunities and experiences. Students expect to meet new people, learn new things, and experience new freedoms. Sometimes, the reality of college life does not live up to our expectations and it stresses us out. When that happens, Counseling Services can be a great resource for learning ways to adapt to and manage our stress. Counseling Services is here to help students deal with these new challenges. Together we can find improved ways of coping with and growing from these experiences.
