College Post Office

Welcome to mail services

The department of Mail Services provides mailing services to the Catawba College campus, which include receipt and delivery of U.S. Mail, Fed Ex Express, Fed Ex Ground, UPS and DHL.

Student Mailboxes
All registered full-time Catawba students are assigned a numbered post office box, which they will keep for their entire stay at Catawba. Full-time commuting students also have a campus mailbox — and should check it periodically.

Delivery Times & Packages
Mail is distributed Monday-Friday in student boxes by 3:00pm. Students who have received a package that is too large to fit in the mailbox or that require an additional signature will receive a package slip in their mailbox. Packages arrive throughout the day and may be picked up at the campus post office window Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Students must present their Student ID when picking up a package.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00am-4:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED
  
• Service Window Hours (package pick-up and questions): 9:00am-4:00pm

Location:
Mail Services is located in the lower level of the Cannon Student Center. Proceed through the lower half of the cafeteria towards the Wellness Center. Mail Services is on the left.
