The Blue Masque

The brilliance of young stars each season is the direct result of the Theatre Arts Department's degree programs. Catawba theatre arts students are able to choose from several viable degree programs, depending on the individual need of the student.

These programs are specifically designed so as to enable our rising stars to more effectively reach theatrical brilliance. Students elect to major in one of the Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) degree programs (specializing in either performance, design and production, or musical theatre); the Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree program in theatre arts administration; or seek to examine the breadth of theatre through the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree program.

These varied, but equally effective, degree programs recognize the need of today's student for thorough professional preparation, encased in an institution which upholds the tenets and traditions of a liberal arts education.

Four Great Ways to Enjoy Outstanding Theatre Arts

1. Patron Membership
   Remember those benefits! Join us as a Blue Masque Patron and support Theatre Arts at Catawba. Each Patron Member receives two tickets to each of our shows. Patron Memberships are available in the following categories:
• Angel: $550 and up
• Producer: $400-$549
• Trouper: $250-$399
• Booster: $200-$249

2. Season Tickets
   One seat in your name for each of our shows (at least 8 different opportunities).
• $60 per adult

3. Friends of The Blue Masque
   For the theatre-lover who would like to support our program, but is unable to attend the production or the Banquet (especially the out-of-towner). Any Amount is 100% Deductible!
   
   
4. The Illuminate the FBC's World Program
   This year, the Friends of the Blue Masque include a special collection, The Illuminate the FBC's World program. The Blue Masque is within a few thousand dollars of purchasing updated lighting for the Florence Busby Corriher Theatre. We hope you find this project worthy of your support!
