Dr. Boulter is a life-span developmental psychologist and teaches General Psychology, Child Psychology, Adolescent Psychology, Human Development, Psychological Tests and Measurements, Educational Psychology and Psychology of Exceptionalities. Most of her classes provide opportunities for students to observe human development first hand by working directly with individuals in a variety of community settings. She also is active in community service as a member of several local governing boards and advisory committees. In her free time, she likes to run, bike, and spend time with family.
